| Total Allowance includes both upload and download data and is split into Peak and Off-Peak components. The Peak period starts at 2pm and ends at 2am on the next day. The Off-Peak period begins at 2am and ends at 2pm on the same day. Once you have used up your allowance in either the Peak or Off-Peak periods, your speed will be reduced to the throttled speed (32/32 kbps) until your next billing period. You may check your usage in the ‘My Account’ section of the website. Speeds may be affected by environmental factors or by the volume of traffic the base station to which you are connected is experiencing. |
